- KonetPay states that settlements are processed within one business day.
- Are there volume discounts?
- Yes. As your transaction volume grows, talk to the sales team about custom pricing.
- Who pays the transaction fee?
- By default the fee is deducted from the amount you receive. You can choose to pass it on to your customers at checkout.
- Is there a fee to integrate?
- No. Integrating is free; you pay when a transaction is successfully processed.
- What happens if a transaction fails?
- KonetPay says failed transactions are investigated by its support team. Include your business name and the transaction reference when you get in touch.
